Terms & Conditions for 1111bpn Platform Use

Access to the 1111bpn Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The Platform is an adults-only service. We do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other individual or legal entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently in force on the 1111bpn Platform or any other affiliated platform.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 1111bpn for a breach of these Terms.

1111bpn reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in account suspension pending verification, with withdrawal of funds withheld until identity is confirmed.

If we discover at any time that an account holder is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed immediately. Any deposits made by a minor will be returned to the originating payment source (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account) where technically feasible, subject to deduction of any bonus credits claimed. Any winnings generated by a minor while using the Platform will be forfeited without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all mandatory fields. You must also nominate a secure password for your account. The information you provide at registration must match the information associated with the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 1111bpn Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and net winnings from bonus play held pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1111bpn immediately at [email protected]. 1111bpn accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before the first withdrawal from any account. KYC documents typically requested include a copy of your national identity card (NID) or passport and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits. KYC verification is processed within one business day in most cases. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld and the account reviewed for compliance.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, or collusion between accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

Players who choose to withdraw funds while an active bonus is attached to their account will forfeit the bonus balance and any wagering progress accrued against that bonus. The player's real-money balance remains withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

The 1111bpn Platform is provided for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent account closure where confirmed:

• Fraud and misrepresentation. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with the support team.
• Multiple accounts. Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Bonus abuse. Exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus conditions in a way that provides an unfair advantage to any party.
• Match fixing and insider betting. Placing bets using information not publicly available, or placing bets on events in which you are a participant, official, or otherwise have a material interest in the outcome.
• Automated play. Using bots, scripts, software tools, AI agents, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that substitutes for or supplements genuine human play.
• Unauthorised access. Attempting to access another player's account, circumvent Platform security measures, or interfere with the operation of the Platform's technology infrastructure.
• Money laundering. Using the Platform for any purpose related to the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds of crime. 1111bpn is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

1111bpn employs automated detection systems and a dedicated compliance team to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Platform will act promptly to suspend the relevant account(s), secure funds pending investigation, and take appropriate remedial action, which may include permanent closure and referral to relevant authorities.

1111bpn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or other prohibited conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• A court order, law enforcement request, or other legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (see inactivity policy below).

Inactivity Policy. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 1111bpn will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days prior to the account being classified as inactive. An inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts following the initial 12-month inactive period, deducted from the account's available balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit before the balance is exhausted.

Voluntary Closure. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion Closure. Players requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes should refer to our Responsible Gaming page for the full self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion closures are treated with priority by the compliance team and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bpn, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity failures outside 1111bpn's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond 1111bpn's control, including third-party cyberattacks despite reasonable security measures being in place.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the player's chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) rather than to 1111bpn's internal systems.
• Decisions made by the player in relation to betting, game strategy, or bankroll management.
• Any losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account login credentials.

1111bpn makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that any particular game outcome will be achieved. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In any event, 1111bpn's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1111bpn's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable Bangladeshi law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 1111bpn's operations. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the 1111bpn support team for resolution.
